PRODUCTION PROCESS
DESIGN
For me, this is the most complicated part of the design process. I understand it as a creative process in which the design, colors, message, and music must always be in harmony. They're not just T-shirts; they're part of a personal creative project, and that's why I dedicate all my effort and imagination to trying to improve myself edition after edition.
IMPRESSION
The designs are printed on acetate paper and then the preparation for screen development begins.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen preparation and subsequent printing of the design onto the garment. Water-based ink is always used to minimize environmental damage, ensuring environmentally responsible production.
INK CURING
The ink is cured after the screen printing process using a heat press, making the print last longer with washing.
SEWING THE LABEL
The garments feature 100% cotton labels with the brand's logo, as you won't see it anywhere else in the garment's design. What's highlighted isn't the brand itself, but the message conveyed by its design.
